a mini course exploring the impact of trauma on the chakras. course offers a foundational understanding of the chakras, energy psychology, and chakra mapping for holistic application in self-healing and/or clinical settings.

this course will explore integration of trauma informed yoga in clinical practice as a complement to talk therapy and centers a holistic framework and embodiment.
